Get a key → · A plan with HTTPS access is required. The free plan is HTTP-only, which this secure page cannot use, so a free key will not work here.
Priority 8 (always-on fallback): Yahoo Finance via CORS proxies. Free, no key, but rate-limited and unreliable.
Move to Pro
Upgrading keeps your portfolio. Free and Pro use the same data format, so your holdings, properties, other income, currencies, exchange rates, payment months, targets and withholding settings all carry over.
If Pro opens from the same website address as this page, in this same browser, it finds your portfolio by itself and you do not need a file. Pro is a downloaded file, so it usually opens from somewhere else, and a browser keeps the data of each place apart. In that case, move your portfolio with a file:
- Choose Export for Pro below. A file is saved to your device.
- Open Income Refinery Pro.
- In Pro, open Settings, then Data, then Import your Free portfolio, and pick the file. Pro shows what is in it and asks before it replaces anything.
The file does not contain API keys. If you use Dividend Lookup, enter your key again in Pro (Settings, Lookup). Pro keeps any keys already saved on that device.

Use Lookup to fetch available recent dividend data from your Watchlist file or configured data providers, with Yahoo Finance used as a fallback where available: enter the ticker and select the exchange (e.g. SCHD on NYSE, or O on NYSE). Lookup is not guaranteed and the data is not authoritative, so verify and adjust before saving.
